At Protein Guru1, refunds are processed only after a return request has been approved and the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

• Approved return request.

• Order cancelled before dispatch.

• Product unavailable after payment.

• Duplicate payment made by the customer.

Refund Process

Once the refund request is approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method used during the purchase.

• Net Banking: 5–10 Business Days

• Wallet Payments: 3–7 Business Days

Partial Refunds

Protein Guru1 reserves the right to issue partial refunds where applicable, including cases involving promotional discounts, shipping adjustments, or order modifications.

Refund Rejection

Refund requests may be declined if:

• The product has been used.

• The return does not meet eligibility requirements.

• False or misleading information is provided.
