• Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting our customer support team.

• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Protein Guru1 reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

• Product unavailability.

• Incorrect pricing or technical errors.

• Payment authorization failure.

• Suspected fraudulent activity.

• Incomplete customer information.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount paid by the customer will be refunded.

Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
